D’Orazio Peterson’s estate planning practice focuses on helping families enhance their lives today

while securing their tomorrow.  We excel at guiding our clients through the often confusing

maze of financial and legal decisions involved in the planning process, to help create plans that

ensure the well-being of their families together with the achievement of important family goals.

Our considerable legal experience has involved providing counsel to individuals and families in

some of life’s most complicated and stressful situations, and regardless of your family status

(married, single, traditional, non-traditional), we can help you ensure that the plan you put in place

achieves your goals for your loved ones today and for years to come.

Graduates of Albany Law School, we each spent years working for large, well-recognized law

firms, honing our crafts before striking it out on our own and opening the doors to D’Orazio

Peterson in 2010.  While we have each been recognized for our legal achievements (Super

Lawyers, Legal 40 Under 40, Rising Stars, etc.), we consider it our privilege to be able to help

individuals navigate difficult and often complex life events.

On a personal level, we are married and the proud parents of two wonderful children.

We enjoy spending our free time exploring different places with our family, and can typically be

found planning our next adventure
